Morning Yoga for Kinks!

Come join us on the mat Saturday and Sunday morning of Sin. Whether to help wake you up, stretch out your body from a long day of travel, or to move those muscles which may be a bit sore from last night, we've got you covered! The flow will be a mixture of yin (restorative) and vinyasa, which means some repetitive sequences with a focus on breath connection and some good deep stretches. Don't worry though, these classes are for all yoga experience levels. Modifications will be suggested and encouraged. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat, blocks, and bolsters/pillows, if you have them. Looking forward to seeing you there!
