"Oooh and Aaaah": Sensation Play

Day: Sunday, February 4th, 2018
Time: 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM
Location: Apollo 1 & 2

This course demonstrates the basics of “Sensation Play”. Sensation play is the use of contact with various materials in a non-impact setting to provide a variety of sensations and stimulation. It can be performed by one or more Tops to one or more bottoms. It is best combined with a certain level of sensory deprivation, usually a blindfold and often earplugs or headphones. Almost any relative small object can be used, from fur, feathers and cloth to metal, bone, glass, or stone. Safety and health issues will be addressed, along with techniques for creating different sensations from traditional impact toys, and combining sensation play with other forms of play. This is an interactive workshop. Any and all who wish to be involved are welcome to participate. Either Top or bottom or both will be available to try, depending on number of participants and time available.
